We're looking for someone who's ready to take the next step, is interested in ideas, and gets genuinely excited about helping our clients look great. Whether you're currently working as an Account Manager, an Account Coordinator, or you've been in a marketing role and want to move into a creative agency environment. You're confident handling day‑to‑day tasks, organised under pressure and eager to grow into a bigger role over time.
At Before Creative, we partner with a broad mix of clients. From campaign development and graphic design to an increasing number of activations, you'll work closely with our Account Director, Creative Director and design team to keep projects well‑managed and moving smoothly.
What you'll do
* Act as a trusted contact for clients, building strong and collaborative relationships.
* Guide projects through the studio – from briefing to delivery – ensuring clarity, momentum and attention to detail.
* Connect client needs with the creative process, helping champion great work.
* Coordinate timelines, resources and communication so projects stay on track.
* Contribute to problem‑solving and support the team as challenges arise.
* Maintain high standards across presentations, proposals and client touchpoints.
* Support production across a wide range of jobs – from sourcing promotional products to coordinating logistics for film and content shoots, as well as assisting with events and on‑the‑ground activations.
Who you are
We're ideally looking for someone with around 2–5 years' experience in a relevant role – account management, account coordination, marketing or similar. Enough experience to be confident with the fundamentals, but still hungry to keep growing.
Experience in a creative agency or marketing team is valuable, but not essential. If you're switched‑on, organised, curious and eager to learn, we'd love to meet you.

As you develop and prove yourself, you'll have a clear progression pathway: first into Senior Account Manager, then into taking on Account Director–level responsibilities. If you're already operating at a more senior level, we're more than happy to have that conversation too. High performers can also earn bonuses, with longer‑term opportunities available for those who help shape the business.
