What you'll do
As the Learning and Teaching Futures Manager, you will play a pivotal role in translating strategic learning and teaching priorities into high-quality operational outcomes that enhance academic excellence across the University. You will lead and manage the Innovative Media and Design ensuring the delivery of engaging, pedagogically sound media and learning initiatives aligned with curriculum goals.
Working closely with the Dean (Learning and Teaching Futures), you will provide high-level executive, business and project support, including researching, preparing briefings and committee papers, and coordinating strategic initiatives. You will drive continuous improvement by reviewing systems and processes, managing operations, overseeing compliance with University policies, and supporting the effective prioritisation, delivery and reporting of unit activities.

In addition to relevant qualifications and experience, you will bring:
* Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives across diverse academic and professional areas, including staff supervision, workflow coordination, and the ability to provide clear guidance during peak operational periods.
* A strong capability to build and enhance team capacity, support colleagues through complex work focussed on delivering measurable improvements in teaching quality and innovation while sustaining performance in a high-volume environment.
* Highly developed written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to draft, edit and proof high-quality papers, reports and documentation for senior leaders and governance committees.
* Extensive experience delivering high-level executive and operational support within fast-paced environments, exercising sound judgement, tact and discretion.
* Demonstrated flexibility and sound judgement, with the ability to adapt effectively to changing organisational priorities and operating environments.

Salary: Total remuneration range $133,806 to $153,649 pa (includes salary range of $112,845 to $129,580 pa, employer super contributions of 17% and annual leave loading)
