Job Description:
The position of Group Applications Support Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations within the organization's diagnostic imaging services. The selected individual will be responsible for providing first-level support for RIS/PACS system queries and troubleshooting, as well as assisting with patient data validation, reporting, and imaging workflow support.
This critical role involves timely dispatch of reports and adherence to quality standards, elevating technical and operational issues to supervisors as needed, supporting system upgrades, improvements, and testing activities, and collaborating with colleagues to provide excellent service to referrers and internal stakeholders.
