HR Business Partner Role
This is a key role within the organization that focuses on providing HR support to managers and employees in assigned regions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in talent acquisition and retention, employee engagement, and managing the end-to-end employee life cycle.
The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with the Group Head of Human Resources to implement and deliver strategic HR initiatives, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The main duties of this role include:
1. Talent Acquisition and Management: responsible for managing the recruitment process, including job posting, interview coordination, and offer management.
2. On-boarding: ensures a smooth on-boarding process for new employees, including induction programs and compliance checks.
3. Employee Relations: provides support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations queries and resolving issues informally or formally as necessary.
4. Employee Engagement: works with managers and employees to measure and improve employee engagement, and promotes internal communications initiatives.
5. Learning & Development: supports line managers to identify and manage employee talent profiles, and develops and delivers training programs to drive professional and personal development.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining current HR policies and procedures in line with legislation and best practice, and administering company benefit schemes and payroll information.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex HR concepts to non-HR professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing new initiatives and rolling out new ways of working, and will be passionate about promoting employee wellbeing and recognition.
