We are partnering with a major QLD organisation embarking on a multi-year program to modernise its customer interaction and service management capabilities through the implementation of a new CRM platform.
The Program is currently in early stages and is now seeking an experienced Delivery Lead / Project Manager to drive day-to-day delivery activities throughout the CRM implementation lifecycle.
The Opportunity: Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will play a hands-on leadership role coordinating internal delivery teams and an external implementation partner to stand up and launch the organisation's foundational CRM capability.
This is a newly created role with significant visibility across the business and high extension potential as the CRM footprint expands across functions over the next + months.
Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day CRM delivery and drive outcomes across internal and external workstreams Coordinate closely with a 3rd-party CRM vendor throughout delivery Shape delivery plans, backlogs, milestones, dependencies, issues and reporting Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, showcases and retros Manage stakeholders across business, digital, operations and transformation teams Support early design and scope shaping in a transitioning/ambiguous environment Partner with senior leadership to communicate progress, risks and recommendations About You: To be successful, you will bring a mature delivery skillset and proven experience delivering complex CRM or platform programs within enterprise environments.
You will have: Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager or equivalent Tier 1 CRM implementation experience essential Experience working in Insurance industry highly regarded.
Strong vendor delivery and commercial management experience Ability to operate hands-on while managing senior stakeholders Excellent communication, reporting and coordination capability Experience in iterative or phased delivery environments (Agile exposure highly regarded) For more information or a copy of the briefing notes please reach out to Max at
