Job Title A senior professional will oversee and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and advice to clients. This role requires the ability to deliver tax services, including management accounting and succession planning. Responsibilities * Guide and manage a team of 2-4 seniors and intermediates. * Provide advice to diverse clients from a mix of industries. * Complete various tax matters for different client groups. * Host face-to-face meetings with clients. * Oversee tasks including management accounting, board report packs, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and succession planning. * Review work and organise workflows for your team. Requirements * 5-7+ years of experience within Australian public practice. * CA/CPA qualification. * Experience in all aspects of ATO compliance including Div 7A, FBT, Trusts, Partnerships, SMSF. * Excellent communication skills. * The ability to confidently face clients. * Experience with using MYOB AE, Infinity Corporate Compliance, Class, Xero is required. * Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
