Job Description
Aurora Dairies are currently seeking multiple Dairy Cattle Farmers in the Mt Gambier region, South Australia.
The successful candidates will have a passion for the dairy industry and have experience in assisting the
management team in managing a dairy operation. The successful candidates will have demonstrated
skills and experience in the following areas:
* Driving and upholding Animal Health and Safe Operating Procedures
* Animal Health and Record Management
* All aspects of milking and general farm duties
* Feeding of cattle
* Animal Husbandry
* Pasture Management
* Machinery operation
* Repairs and maintenance.
Qualifications
The desired skills and experience for this opportunity are:
* Minimum 5 years of dairy industry experience
* Bachelor's degree in Agriculture
* Committed to ensuring a safe workplace
* Reliable and punctual
* Good work ethic and positive attitude
* Team player.
