Mandurah Offshore Fishing & Sailing Club is located in a scenic seaside location in Mandurah. The Club operates a dynamic Marina and Function Centre, offering a range of recreational and competitive water activities for adults and children, including sailing, power boating and fishing. The Club is seeking an energetic and experienced Marina Accounts Administrator to assist with managing its marina business activities and support the Club’s Accountant. This is a full-time role, with flexibility for school hours, and a salary range of $65,000 – $75,000, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
The Role
Handle enquiries for marina pens and hardstand spaces promptly and efficiently
Support the management of marina and hardstand berths
Assist the Club Accountant with accounts payable and receivable, member billing, and stock ordering
Provide general office and administrative support
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
Be highly adaptable with well-developed problem-solving skills
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
Be capable of exercising sound judgement and working independently
Ideally have experience with Swift POS or similar systems
Possess sound customer service skills and proficiency in modern office software
Hold bookkeeping qualifications and relevant experience (highly desirable)
