We're growing our team and are seeking a passionate, experienced, and client-focused Client Liaison Officer (CLO). This is a pivotal role in creating a seamless, positive, and memorable journey for our clients from the moment they sign with us until they step into their new home.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, professional, and empathetic communication
* Proactively manage client expectations while driving projects toward key milestones
* Interpret and communicate building codes, council planning requirements, estate covenants, and QDC standards
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
* Resolve client queries and concerns quickly and effectively to maintain trust and satisfaction

Required Experience & Skills
* Minimum 5 years' experience in high-level customer service, ideally in Fast moving consumable goods (FMCG) or other fast-paced sectors
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills
* Proven ability to interpret and apply regulatory, planning, and compliance documentation
