Job Description
This role involves working closely with customers to ensure exceptional service and support every single time. Key responsibilities include:
* Process sales orders accurately through SAP systems
* Provide timely updates on stock availability, pricing, delays and ETA's
* Follow up with customers pre and post servicing
* Respond to general product and delivery enquiries
* Field customer queries regarding repairs and credits
* Produce daily sales order reports and other reports as requested by management
* Liaise with Freight companies to ensure efficient logistics
* Follow up on pending emails and enquiries
* Check stock availability to prevent overselling
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and particularly SAP software
* The ability to meet deadlines and juggle priorities with ease
* Precision and accuracy in your work
* Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
* Prior experience in a product-based customer service role within an office environment is highly desirable
