Responsibilities include:
* Providing customer service via phone, email and in-person
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
* Handling cash transactions and processing payments
* Managing inventory and supplies
* Assisting with special projects and events
Key qualifications include:
* Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Australian driver's license
