* Weekly pay - $44.09 hourly rate+ 12% superannuation
* Minimum of 4 hours pay guaranteed per rostered day
McArthur Aged Care has partnered with a highly regarded Not-for-Profit Aged Care provider to recruit passionate and qualified aged care professionals. Together, we support elderly and frail clients who wish to remain living independently in their own homes.
We are currently seeking Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) across the Northern and Western Suburbs including; Brimbank, Hobsons Bay, Melton, Epping, South Morang, Reservoir and Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference whilst advocating for the elderly community, encouraging independence and a better quality of life.

Excellent rate of $44.09 per hour + $0.99 per km for travels between clients
Minimum 4 hours guaranteed per rostered day

Opportunity to transition to permanent part-time after 5.5 months (based on performance)

To be successful in this role, you will have:
A positive attitude and genuine passion for aged care
Victorian driver's licence, reliable vehicle and comprehensive insurance
Must be available for a minimum of 3 days - Monday, Wednesday and Friday - or a full week of work.
Must be available for a minimum 6-hour block between 8:00am - 5:00pm
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Working with Children Check (Employee Card)
One of the following qualifications: Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or Home & Community Care or Certificate IV in Disability
Excellent communication skills with strong spoken and written English
