$115k + Super, Car Allowance, and Annual KPI Bonus
About The Role
Our client, a dynamic and forward-moving organization, is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join their HR team.
Working in a high-paced environment, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, results-oriented setting with remote and field-based stakeholders. The HR BP will be working alongside a team of four other HR Business Partners, each responsible for individual portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
* Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong, responsive relationships with leaders and field-based stakeholders, providing prompt, practical advice and support.
* Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment contract reviews, terminations, and handling of serious misconduct cases.
* Engagement and Training: Support engagement survey action plans, conduct short training sessions on workplace behavior, and facilitate people-focused initiatives.
* Payroll and Award Interpretation: Address payroll queries, interpret awards, and manage shared HR inbox inquiries, collaborating with the team to maintain efficient workflow.
* KPI and BAU Metrics: Meet achievable KPIs focused on safety checklist completion, employee engagement action plans, and other non-negotiable HR standards.

* Experienced and Quick on Your Feet: You bring experience in a high-paced, multi-site environment with a strong ability to stay focused, efficient, and solution-oriented.
* Engaged Team Player: Able to jump in and support your team, you're prepared to help with urgent cases, pitch in on shared queries, and adapt flexibly to shifting priorities.
* Relationship-Focused: Skilled in relationship-building and checking in regularly with stakeholders, you understand how to balance rapport with delivering on time.
* Practical and Resourceful: You can manage various tasks autonomously while knowing when to engage team support.
