About the Role
Our team members are the face of Bunnings, always ready to give it a red‐hot go. They provide friendly and helpful service to everyone who walks through our doors, ensuring every experience counts. In this role you will greet customers, offer tools and advice, and help them turn their DIY dreams into reality.
Responsibilities
* Provide customers with the best experience across the store
* Manage stock efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and tidy
* Serve customers with a smile at checkout registers
* Support an inclusive team that makes a difference in the community and has fun doing it
Qualifications
* Genuine passion for customer experience, energy and enthusiasm
* Ability to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers
* Enthusiasm for learning about products and services and readiness to lend a hand across different areas of the store
* Acts with integrity, follows safety procedures and does their best
* Availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings and weekends
