We are seeking a commercial housekeeper on a full time/part time basis for our headquarters in Coburg and Bundoora to maintain, clean, and organise a hygienic work environment. This role would be ideal for someone who takes pride in their work to ensure our office spaces are presentable and who wants to be creative in adding ways to engage and support an even more welcoming work environment.
What You'll Do:
* Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas
* Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed according to established schedules and standards
* Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed
* Replenish all consumables such as toilet paper, hand towels, liquid soaps, etc. within the designated area
* Handle cleaning tasks with care and attention, respecting the confidentiality of sensitive documents and office spaces
* Provide cleaning and equipment materials. Consumables will be purchased by the Company
* Support company events or special projects by providing additional cleaning or setup assistance
* Prepare daily team snacks using company resources.
Basic cleaning must be completed mostly out of hours due to noise disturbance. We want someone to be part of our team so we are flexible in what hours are chosen to work. Our hiring team will discuss what suits your schedule if you are successful in progressing forward. As we grow and add new offices within the CT Group, the opportunities to grow with us expand too, if you want progression and more hours over time.
What You'll Bring:

* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Ability to perform manual cleaning tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
* Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques
* Demonstrated reliability, trustworthiness, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
