Novo Shoes is seeking a highly organised and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our digital and in-store marketing activity. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to multiple marketing functions and the opportunity to learn quickly. You will be coached by our eCommerce and CRM teams and will eventually work closely with a Marketing Manager once the role is established.
You will play a key role in supporting campaign delivery across email, social media, and retail marketing, while helping ensure the brand remains cohesive and commercially aligned across all channels.
This position reports to the eCommerce Manager (interim).
Key Responsibilities
Email & CRM Support
* Write EDM briefs for the creative team and subject lines in alignment with campaign and promotional plans.
* Coordinate with relevant teams to schedule EDMs.
* Work with the CRM Manager and eCommerce Manager to ensure emails reach the correct audiences.
* Provide copy support for SMS campaigns.
* Assist the CRM Manager with weekly performance reporting.
* Over time, present weekly EDM performance insights to the wider business.
* Use product and performance reports to identify trending products for email content.
Social Media Coordination
* Write captions for organic social media posts and schedule content across platforms.
* Monitor and engage with our community by responding to comments, liking posts, and replying to customer DMs.
* Assist with briefing and script preparation for content creators.
* Communicate with creators, coordinate collaborations, and organise merchandise dispatch for influencer partnerships.
* Work with the buying team to identify key products to feature on social channels.
Content & Campaign Support
* Support cross-channel campaigns by ensuring consistent messaging and timely execution.
* Assist with copywriting for marketing materials where required.
* Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver assets accurately and on schedule.
* Follow established briefing templates and processes while contributing ideas to improve campaign performance.
* Support the execution of in-store and centre marketing campaigns, including coordination of artwork, timelines, and approvals.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure POS and retail marketing assets are delivered correctly and on time.
Reporting & Analysis
* Pull reports from internal dashboards and tools to help monitor performance across email, social, and product trends.
* Deliver clear summaries and insights for internal stakeholders.
* Use data to recommend product focuses and content ideas.
Skills & Attributes

* Strong interest in fashion retail, digital marketing, and content creation.
Experience
* 1–2 years' experience in a marketing or content coordination role, or
* Recent marketing graduate with strong internship experience.
