Key Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will coordinate headcount planning and lead HR initiatives, including change management, as the subject matter expert for labour unrest risk handling and HR advisory for site leadership teams.
* Deliver and execute corporate HR standards and initiatives across the operation
* Partner with leaders to manage employee grievances and disciplinary matters in line with policies and legislative requirements
* Provide expert advice and training to site leadership teams on key HR systems and processes
* Collaborate closely with the wider HR team to ensure alignment to service delivery and employee data integrity
* Contribute and champion company values for key HR initiatives and projects such as diversity and inclusion, change management, and employee engagement
* Assist with the delivery of key people processes including performance reviews, annual remuneration reviews, succession planning, workforce budgeting, and cost planning
About the Role
This permanent position will be based on-site at a remote operation in the Northern Territory, working on an 8:6 fly-in, fly-out roster from Perth, Darwin, Brisbane, or Alice Springs. The successful candidate will have full and unrestricted eligibility for employment in Australia.
