Responsibilities
* Assist customers in selecting and obtaining products from the dispensary.
* Ensure accurate dispensing of medications and products according to prescriptions and guidelines.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensing area.
* Provide information and support to customers regarding product usage and safety.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
* Handle transactions and manage inventory levels effectively.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in dispensing preferred.
* Previous experience in a retail or eyecare environment is advantageous.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
* Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
* Basic computer skills for managing inventory and processing transactions.
