Job Description
We are seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to develop designs for HV substations and renewables systems, including cable rating, insulation coordination, earthing and lighting.
This role will be responsible for writing and managing technical specifications for low and high voltage electrical equipment, up to 500kV. The ideal candidate will have expertise in substation design engineering principles, lightning protection systems, transmission planning studies as well as project leadership skills.
* Registered with Engineers Australia (preferable)
* Leadership experience in projects related to power generation distribution or transmission utilities
