The Concierge and Handyperson – On-Site is a key operational role responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the facility by acting as the primary point of contact for Client staff, contractors and visitors, supporting onboarding activities, facilitating site access, and assisting with security and emergency response requirements. In addition to front of house and coordination duties, the role delivers high-quality reactive handyman and maintenance services to keep the site safe, functional and well presented.
* Act as the primary on-site point of contact and support the onboarding of new staff through inductions and general assistance.
* Coordinate access for downstream contractors, including entry to restricted areas for activities such as cleaning and maintenance.
* Escort contractors and visitors when required to ensure safety and compliance.
* Receive and manage guests and visitors to the site.
* Assist with security responses as needed.
* Support the Head of Site during executive and ministerial visits.
* Carry out reactive handyman and maintenance tasks with the level of skill, care and diligence expected of an experienced vendor.
* Maintain consistently high standards across all reactive maintenance services.
Qualifications
* This is an on-site role, with a dedicated workstation provided.
* Standard working hours are Monday to Friday (excluding national and local public holidays), working 7.5 hours per day.
* NV1 security clearance is required.
* Ability to build and sustain effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Capacity to deliver moderately complex work within an integrated team under broad direction.
Experience
* Demonstrated experience performing reactive handyman and maintenance services to a professional standard.
* Proven ability to comply with best-practice building standards and industry requirements.
* Experience preparing accurate progress updates, assessments and documentation.
* Capability to manage a range of branch-level functions, including car park coordination, contractor/trade escorting, locker management, emergency response support, accommodation tasks and minor works.
* Experience developing and maintaining productive relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
Skills
* Strong relationship and stakeholder management capabilities.

* High level of competence and diligence in delivering reactive handyman and maintenance services.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
