Role Responsibilities Manage the operations of multiple tutoring centres, ensuring consistency in quality, culture, and performance.
Assist in delivering and facilitating staff training sessions, helping team members develop their skills and align with company standards.
Conduct academic assessments to identify student needs and track findings with parents about the results.
Maintain and promote a fun, supportive, and motivating atmosphere for both students and staff.
Provide feedback to HQ on ways to improve business operations and systems.
Compensation Casual position $30 – $34 per hour + Super Requirements Someone who lives in Perth with a passion for education and business.
Someone who has a car and licence to travel to multiple sites across Perth.
