We are currently seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of sweet and savoury dishes, ensuring quality control, presentation, and consistency in all dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and cook a range of menu items using organic ingredients sourced from local suppliers.
* Team Instructions: Provide clear guidance and instructions to kitchen staff on food preparation, assembly, handling, and heating procedures.
* Cost Management: Monitor inventory levels, place orders with suppliers, and manage food costs to minimize waste.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience as a Cook or Chef in the hospitality industry. They must also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
