The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
* Manage incoming leasing enquiries with a high level of professionalism and efficiency
* Conduct open homes and private inspections
* Process applications, complete reference checks, and support leasing decisions
* Follow up with prospective tenants to drive applications and reduce vacancy
* Liaise with landlords, tenants, and the property management team
* Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
* Track leasing performance including enquiry levels, time on market, and conversions
* Attend team meetings and ongoing training
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in property management or leasing
* Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with people
* Organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Someone motivated to build a long-term career in real estate
