Òra Restaurant, is a recent Japanese Restaurant & Lounge in the heart of the design precinct of Danks Street, Waterloo. In collaboration with Executive Chef Nobuyuki Ura, Òra Restaurant will offer guests Japanese dining & Kaiseki Omakase cuisine with an exemplary beverage selection.
Featuring our newly renovated venue and mission to curate a superb team of superstars who share our vision, passion and respect for Japanese food, it's heritage and culture and memorable dining experiences.
Reporting directly to our Management and Kitchen Team, you will have a proven track record of providing an exceptional level of efficiency and service in a busy restaurant.
Keeping meal preparation areas clean and sanitised.
Timely cleaning and sanitising of crockery, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Assisting kitchen staff with basic food preparation and cooking.
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of stock areas, free from rubbish and debris.
Qualifications
Ideally experience as a Kitchen Porter in a hospitality environment.
Experience in a multi-faceted fast paced environment.
