The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available to join the Culture Kings team as a Marketing Manager, based at our Brisbane HQ. We are looking for a driven marketing professional who is passionate about brand, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated to make a meaningful impact.
This role sits at the centre of how Culture Kings shows up in the world — owning the marketing calendar, leading go-to-market execution, and connecting teams across the business to deliver campaigns that drive both brand growth and commercial outcomes.

The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing the company\'s marketing strategy, with a strong focus on building and operationalising a best-in‐class Marketing Calendar and Go-To-Market (GTM) process.
You will own the master Marketing Calendar across all channels — digital, retail, wholesale, PR, and events — ensuring campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives are well planned, cross‐functionally aligned, and delivered with excellence.
You will lead end‐to‐end campaign execution across digital, social, email, retail, PR, and events, acting as the central coordinator connecting Brand, Creative, Digital, Paid Media, PR, Retail, and Wholesale teams. You will also own brand positioning, content strategy, community and PR, and drive a data‐led approach to performance reporting and budget management.
About You
* 5+ years of marketing experience within fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail
* Proven experience managing marketing calendars and campaign execution
* Strong understanding of GTM processes and integrated campaign planning
* Experience in omni-channel retail environments
* Strong project management and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Commercially aware with strong analytical capability
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
