HR Route Driver – Beverage Deliverations (Toowoomba)
The Role
Join Toll People as a key member of our dedicated driver team in Toowoomba. We’re on the lookout for skilled and safety-conscious HR drivers to handle multi-drop beverage deliveries across Toowoomba. If you're driven, reliable, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, this role is for you.
The Role:
- Monday to Friday (an average of 10–12 hour shifts)
- Early 5:00am starts
- Competitive pay: $38.96 per hour + Overtime + Superannuation
- Work in a team that values precision, safety, and professionalism
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver beverage cartons safely and efficiently across the Toowoomba Region
- Build strong relationships with our customers through friendly service
- Ensure consignments are delivered damage-free and on time
- Conduct pre-start safety vehicle checks
- Manual handling of cartons (must be physically fit)
What You’ll Need:
- Valid HR Licence (or higher)
- Ability to provide a recent driving history report
- A recent police check is a plus (or we’ll organise one)
- Previous multi-drop experience highly regarded
- Strong focus on customer service and safety
- Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR)
