As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll support key marketing campaigns, assist in managing digital platforms and external agencies, and help with the successful launch of major projects. Alongside this, you'll provide vital support to keep office operations running seamlessly, working closely with senior leaders.

What will you do?
* Assist directors with planning and delivering marketing and sales campaigns across multiple projects
* Support CRM systems, websites, listing platforms, and EDM campaigns to ensure engaging, accurate communications
* Help manage social media, content creation, and brand messaging across all platforms
* Coordinate with external agencies, contractors, and stakeholders on creative projects and marketing activations
* Assist with organising project launches, display suites, and promotional events
* Provide operational support such as scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination to ensure efficiency
What do you need?
* 1–2 years' experience in a marketing role (Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or similar)
* Property industry experience is highly regarded
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 (especially PowerPoint and SharePoint)
* Exposure to CRM systems, Mailchimp, sending EDMs, and Adobe Creative Suite
