Job Summary
As a Property Management Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property management portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist Senior Property Manager with daily administrative tasks, including coordinating appointments, managing calendars, and organizing property inspections.
* Foster positive relationships with tenants, responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their tenancy.
* Assist in the preparation and administration of lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and maintaining accurate records.
* Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring properties are well-maintained.
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
