About the Opportunity

Full responsibility and accountability for the safety, growth, and profitability of the regional Humes business, including driving sales and revenue and overseeing operations across the area.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SHE compliance and promote a safe workplace.
• Drive financial performance; manage budgeting, reporting, and profitability.
• Lead and develop large, professional teams.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies; maintain major client relationships.
• Manage market positioning, credit, industrial relations, and operations across the region.
• Deliver agreed sales and operational targets and business goals.

Qualifications

• Engineering and/or commercial qualifications desirable.
• History of success in pivotal leadership positions, ideally within heavy manufacturing or civil construction sectors.
• A passion for driving business performance and a growth agenda.
• Strong business relationship skills and ethical conduct.
• Experience in coaching and developing teams.
• Strong problem‐solving and value‐adding skills.
