Job Summary
This is a contract position based in Sydney, NSW. You will be responsible for delivering immersive, personalised day tours to small groups of domestic and international visitors.
* Tour Conduct: Safely transport groups of up to 27 international travellers in a comfortable, well-equipped vehicle.
* Cultural Expertise: Provide knowledgeable, engaging commentary and storytelling about the history, culture, and key attractions of the tour destinations.
* Logistical Coordination: Coordinate smooth logistics, including picking up guests, managing schedules, and liaising with venues/experience providers.
* Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service and create a memorable experience for all guests.
* Safety Compliance: Adhere to all relevant safety, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
* Bran Representation: Represent the Colourful Collective Travel brand in a professional and positive manner at all times.
