What You'll Do

Alumina Producer – Process Operators
to join our plant operations team, working on a
Lifestyle Roster
.
Reporting to the relevant Area
Supervisor,
you will play a key role in supporting our
Safe, Stable and Sustainable
vision by:
* Operating and controlling plant equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
* Carrying out routine maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and equipment isolations.
* Using basic hand tools to complete operational tasks.
* Performing daily housekeeping and assigned operational duties.
* Assisting with emergency breakdowns and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
* Developing and utilising computer skills for operational monitoring and reporting.
* Maintaining high standards of safety, environmental compliance, and workplace performance.
About You – What We're Looking For
We are seeking motivated, safety-focused team players who are ready to succeed in a dynamic industrial environment. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

* The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* The physical capability to perform manual tasks in a hot, industrial environment while working 12-hour continuous shift rosters.
* An owner's mindset, with a focus on achieving safe, stable, and reliable emission control and conveying systems.
* Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
* Effective communication skills, enabling collaboration with peers, leaders, and external contracting groups.
