We are currently seeking a highly organised, customer-focused individual to be the face and voice of our premium dealership in both the sales and service areas.
In the SALES role, you will be responsible for:
* Welcoming customers into the showroom and engaging with them over the phone
* Overseeing the presentation of the reception area and customer lounge
* Liaising with sales staff to ensure all customer requirements are met
* Directing messages and enquiries appropriately
* Performing general administration duties
In the SERVICE area, your duties will include:
* Answering incoming service calls and returning calls on behalf of the Service Department
* Preparing Repair Orders for the following day, including key tags, campaign checks, verifying warranty dates, adding email addresses, and updating phone numbers in the ERA system
* Assisting customers with booking taxis, hire cars, or providing directions
* Supporting the Concierge in meeting and greeting service clients and checking their vehicles in and out
To be considered for the role, you will have:
* Experience in a busy workplace with the ability to multitask
* A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
* A confident phone manner
* Professional corporate attire
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Previous experience in a similar position or within the retail automotive industry is desirable, but not essential
