As a Customer Service Representative in our Business Development Centre, you will be the first point of contact for our customers wanting to book in for their services and repairs.
Responsibilities will include:
Answering phone enquiries
Booking services and vehicle repairs
Outbound service reminder calls
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Experience in a phone based customer service role or similar
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
High level of verbal and written communication skills
A positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to learn and navigate recent systems
Work independently and as part of a team

Fulltime position
No weekend work
8 hour day 9.00am and 5.00pm
30 min lunch with 2 additional 10 min breaks
No late shifts
You'll be based at our state-of-the-art Audi Macarthur dealership.
