Intense Health is a structured, multi-site private health business operating six clinics across Perth.
We are not a startup. We are not a corporate chain. We are a disciplined, founder-led business built on systems, standards, and accountability.
We are seeking a senior operational professional to take ownership of the administrative and operational engine of the business.
This is a responsibility-first role designed for someone in a stable life stage who is ready to commit long-term and take full ownership of operational structure.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE
To ensure payroll, rostering, reporting, compliance, and administrative systems run with precision, consistency, and reliability — without daily founder involvement.
This role is about operational stability.
Not title.
Not politics.
Not strategy theatre.
Execution.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Fortnightly payroll (accuracy, compliance, verification)
* Roster planning and operational scheduling
* Daily escalation cycle and internal reporting
* Weekly and monthly operational reports
* Procedure documentation and system updates
* Admin team supervision and workload allocation
* Compliance tracking and policy adherence
* Identifying inefficiencies and strengthening workflows
* Ensuring operational continuity across all locations
You will be the operational reference point for head office.
Precision and follow-through are non-negotiable.

WORKING STRUCTURE
Full-time, onsite role (40 hours per week).
Operational rhythm currently runs:
* Monday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
* Tuesday–Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
* Friday: 9:00am – 4:30pm
* Saturday: 10:00am – 12:00pm
This structure supports multi-site stability and is not negotiable.
COMPENSATION
$95,000 – $105,000 + Super
Remuneration reviewed after successful probation based on demonstrated performance, ownership and operational impact.
Six-month probation with structured performance checkpoints.
We are prepared to compensate appropriately for the right long-term fit.
