Australian Healthcare Associates has secured a contract with the Victorian Government Department of Education to assist in delivering the Disability Inclusion Profile to all Victorian government schools.
About the Role
Facilitators are required to visit schools in the Ovens Murray area to facilitate Disability Inclusion Profile meetings. The ideal candidate will have a background in Inclusive Education and at least five years of experience working with children with additional needs, their families, and their school.
The Facilitator will be part of a team of experienced professionals who will support students and provide training to teachers on inclusion and disability. We offer regular shadowing by Team Leaders and other Facilitators, extensive initial and ongoing training and development opportunities, quality improvement days, and continuing professional support and guidance from your Team Leader.

About You
* Qualifications as a Teacher
* Current VIT registration
* 5+ years of experience working in / with schools
* Knowledge of child development, disabilities or learning challenges that students may experience
* Strong understanding of the principles of inclusion in education
* Understanding of a strengths-based approach
* Experience in group facilitation
