The Company was incorporated to meet the growing demand in the market for efficient Supply Chain Management (SCM) and logistics systems. They provide personalised SCM/Logistics solutions which align with the needs of a multitude of companies based on their own integrated Supply Chain & Logistics solution. The role Seeking a skilled Customer Service administrator to assist the head office and customer service team located in Bankstown Aerodrome Remuneration and Hours on offer: 9am - 5pm (negotiable) - on site position $32.31 per hour Superannuation (negotiable) 9am - 5pm (on-site) in a modern corporate environment Duties & Responsibilities The role: Provide support to the accounts and Customer service team Heavy usage of MS Outlook, Excel and Cello General customer service to internal and external stakeholders Raise and receipt purchase orders against job orders using Cello Data entry of timesheets using Cello and assist in handling payroll enquiries from the team Generate inspection and test plans for project-specific requirements Assist with system and template development for jobs Monitor site stationery supply and order as required Order and distribute uniforms for new employees Organise functions, lunches and set up rooms for training Maintain database files and other records Maintain and update Site Induction Database and job packs Organise site trainings and manage customer site requirements The requirements: Background in Administration or Customer service required Minimum 3 years' experience in administration procedures and practices Familiar with warehouse/logistics would be advantageous Understanding of basic accounting procedures Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders High attention to detail and good problem-solving skills Excellent time management skills with demonstrated ability to establish priorities and manage workloads within deadlines Preferably familiar with workshop environment Prior exposure to Quality Assurance is preferable Current drivers licence Unlimited working rights in Australia In return for your hard work and dedication, you will be rewarded with a generous hourly rate, a vibrant working environment, and be a part of a reputable company with an international presence, offering opportunities for professional development.
