About Us
Image is a family‑owned signage business specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of commercial signage. Our Glynde production facility fabricates a full range of signs in‑house — sky signs, pylons, lightboxes, 3D fabrication, vinyl and large‑format print.
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sign Project Manager to manage signage projects from award to on‑site installation. You will coordinate procurement, fabrication, and installation, manage budgets and schedules, manage client communications, and ensure quality and WHS compliance across small, medium, and large jobs.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines
* Read, interpret and apply project plans, drawings and specifications
* Procure materials and equipment timely and to specification
* Develop and manage project schedules and budgets; meet or exceed financial targets
* Coordinate fabrication, subcontractors and onsite installation teams
* Provide regular progress updates and project reports to clients and internal stakeholders
* Ensure quality standards and Work Health & Safety requirements are met; conduct site inspections and closeouts
* Attend site meetings and represent Image professionally with clients and contractors
Skills & Experience
* 4+ years’ experience in project management or project coordination within the signage industry (or closely related field)
* Certificate/Diploma in Project Management is desirable but not mandatory
* Strong client relationship and communication skills; ability to work autonomously and within a team
* Proven ability to meet targets and KPIs across multiple projects
* Competent with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Valid driver’s licence and ability to attend site meetings as required
