About the Role
This position involves assisting residents with various daily tasks to promote their independence and well-being. Facilitate activities tailored to client needs, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and advocate for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning and implementing engaging activities to enhance physical, emotional, and social well-being.
* Support clients with activities of daily living (ADL's) and provide therapeutic assistance while fostering autonomy.
* Promote enablement and independence in all activities.
* Collaborate with supervisors, therapists, nurses, and carers to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.

Requirements
* A passion for delivering person-centred care.
* Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team environment.
* A current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 12 months).
* Experience in aged care, community services or disability services, ideally in a care, therapy or activity role.
* Certificate III or IV in aged care, community services, allied health (or equivalent).
* Well-developed verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
