Human Resources Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team.
* The successful candidate will provide administrative support to employees and business leaders on HR tasks across multiple sites.
* This role will actively contribute to key strategic HR initiatives and projects, and the execution of our overall Human Resources strategy.
About the Role
Main Responsibilities
* Assist with workplace investigations and disciplinary processes, including minute-taking, documentation collation, and follow-up actions.
* Support Enterprise Agreement (EA) preparation, such as drafting communications, organizing consultation meetings, and maintaining relevant trackers.
* Provide recruitment administrative support: prepare interview guides, support leaders with interviews, prepare onboarding documentation and packs.
* Administer Labour Hire employee onboarding and tracking, including compliance checks, ID collection, and weekly reconciliation.
* Support the exit and offboarding process, including coordination of exit interviews and reporting on key themes.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* A collaborative team player with a strong desire to learn and adapt.
* A genuine interest in Human Resources and currently working towards a HR qualification.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* An understanding of the Fair Work Act, Awards, Employment relations, and HR policies.
* Demonstrated administrative experience.
* Ability to prioritize workloads and conflicting deadlines.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with staff across all levels of the business.
* Able to provide and receive instruction from other team members.
* Ability to work with highly confidential and sensitive information.
* A current driver's license and own transport.
