What You’ll Be Doing Operating heavy vehicles and plant equipment Waste transport, loading and materials handling Supporting recycling and waste diversion operations Assisting customers safely at waste facilities Conducting routine maintenance and site upkeep Working within safety and environmental standards You’ll work across a rotating roster: Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday Penalty rates, overtime and on-call opportunities apply. What We’re Looking For Essential: Current HR Driver Licence Willingness to upgrade to HC Licence Experience operating heavy plant or machinery At least one of the following competencies: Front End Loader Excavator / Materials Handler Tracked Front End Loader Strong commitment to safety and teamwork Great customer service skills Highly Desirable: Forklift ticket Waste industry or civil construction experience First Aid Certificate White Card Why Join TRC?
