With a portfolio of trusted and leading household brands across health, wellness and personal care, this business continues to invest heavily in digital capability, eCommerce growth and omnichannel consumer engagement.
This opportunity suits a hands-on and commercially minded digital marketer who enjoys managing campaigns end-to-end, driving performance across multiple digital touchpoints, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
* Managing digital marketing activity across campaigns, always-on initiatives and key brand priorities
* Supporting SEO, SEM and AI discovery strategies to improve visibility and digital performance
* Coordinating website updates, landing pages and digital campaign assets
* Working closely with media agencies and internal stakeholders to optimise paid media performance
* Supporting Amazon and eCommerce content optimisation across product listings and digital shelf execution
* Managing organic social strategy, content planning and community engagement
* Reviewing campaign performance across GA4, Google Ads, social, eDM and website analytics
* Turning data into actionable insights and recommendations
* Managing timelines, briefs, approvals and stakeholder communication across multiple projects
To be successful, you will bring:
* 4+ years' experience in digital marketing
* Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, organic social, eDM and content marketing
* Experience using platforms such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and CMS tools
* Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
* Previous experience within FMCG, healthcare, wellness or consumer brands highly regarded
* Gym on site (including reformer pilates)
* Contribution to health-care
