**The Opportunity**
The Pet Circle Product team is composed of performance driven team leaders who use best in world practices to develop solutions for our ever growing number of Pet Circle customers. We believe in the customer, and use both qualitative and quantitative approaches to build out solutions that add real value.
This Product Manager role is responsible for driving key product initiatives for a website that is frictionless to use and easy to shop for pet product needs. You will work closely with key business stakeholders as well as your engineering team to define and deliver initiatives for driving our customers' purchases and discovery journeys on site. You are an expert in analysis (qualitative and quantitative) and comfortable in leveraging user insights to create lasting relationships between our customers and our brand. Your communication skills allow you to excel at collaborating at both the team level and business executive levels.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Develop and own the vision, strategy and roadmap for your product.
- Research, troubleshoot, diagnose and recommend solutions to complex business and technical problems.
- Work with business stakeholders to define and translate strategic business ideas into product stories and acceptance criteria.
- Leverage user experience tools like customer research, surveys and other customer led mechanisms to help define direction and features
- Manage technical projects, track progress towards milestones, and keep tabs on all the moving parts of agile planning and development cycles.
- Connect your product with engineering, marketing, supply, design and executives to deliver on a common goal.
- Communicate the state of projects across teams, stakeholders as well as executives.
**A bit about you**:
- 3+ years experience in a product manager role
- Proven experience leading a high performing product team
- Solid experience with agile and scrum development methodologies
- Deep understanding of the web user experience (e.g. pricing strategy, technology, user flow)
- Ability to process and analyse complex data sets, and interpret them to make business decisions.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in software engineering, business management or equivalent work experience
- Extensive experience working in Agile framework and with engineering teams to break down the product plans and deliver best-in-class products.
