Lead, plan and perform Line 2 assurance and oversight of Line 1 through structured assurance reviews, oversight, challenge and support on all non-financial risk
- matters.Develop and execute against a structured, risk-based assurance plan, whilst also creating capacity for other targeted reviews as
- required.Provide structured and insightful assurance reports with clear actions and recommendations as necessary to contribute to the continued uplift in the efficiency and effectiveness of the control environment and the implementation of the Risk Management F
- ramework.Providing non-financial risk reporting to Divisions, Business Units and management and board committees as
required.

bring to the role
To succeed in this role, we'
* d love you to have:
Proven assurance experience in developing and executing agains
- t an Assurance plan.Extensive experience in a similar operational and compliance, governance risk role in banking or profess
- ional services firm.Technical knowledge and experience in non-financial risk disciplines and functions, including but not limited to operational risk, compliance, business continuity, policy, framework, project risk, operational resilien
- ce and IT/Data risk.Ability to develop strategic, commercially viable, and fit-for-purpose solutions, demonstrating a pragmatic approach to implementing and advancing the Group's Operational Risk
- Management FrameworkProven project management and change m
- anagement expertise.Experience with review of complex risk issues and
- root cause analysis.Sound negotiation, interpersonal and
presentation skills.
