Procurement Coordinator, Large International Organisation, North Sydney/Flex WFH, up to $85K + Super

**Your new role** 
Your duties will include but not be limited to: 
Coordinate and Manage Tender/Bid Process across APAC 
- Manage centralised tender documentation templates 
- Manage timeline of tender 
- Follow up with Business Owner to complete tender documentation template for relevant RFP 
- Consult with the Legal Team to select correct contract templates to go out with the tender documentation 
- Send out the tender documentation 
- Consult with the Business Owner to answer any Vendor's queries/questions about tender 
- Facilitate the Business Owner/ Vendor/Legal Team discussions on Contract Departures during tender process 
- Ensure Vendor has included and provided the necessary tender responses in a form that BI can process 
- Complete template for unsuccessful bid notification 
- Preparing the Award letter 
- Submit the VARQ with completed schedule template and CT
Procurement Meeting 
- Schedule meetings 
- Prepare agenda using template (and managing any additions to the normal agenda) 
- Itemise Action Items 
- Preparing Minutes of the meeting 
- Monitor Savings and CT documentation completions
Contract Management 
- Supporting the Business Owners in following up on unsigned agreements 
- Creating and sending out of the "due to expire Vendor agreements reports" to the procurement team 
- Using the expiry report to help the Business Owners scheduling the timing of upcoming RFPs
Product & Saving Administration 
- Submission of new products to the online system 
- Submission of CTs to the online system 
- Responsible for the full life cycle of the saving process (creating, submitting, and updating records) 
- Management of our Price movement files 
- Auditing all entries for savings 
- Providing quarterly reports for the Board Meetings on the savings 
- Collaborating with the auditors on the final saving results and documentation 
- Update Wrike timeline for product reviews
**What you'll need to succeed*** 
- Procurement contracts experience 
- Experience in a corporate organisation 
- Financial background will be beneficial 
- Stakeholder engagement
