To keep up with demand, a brand-recent role has just opened up for an International Freight Forwarder to join their team full-time in the office. This is your chance to step into a role where your experience won’t just be valued – it’ll be celebrated.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running the show on import & export shipments (LCL & FCL) from start to finish
- Partnering with overseas agents, customs experts, and service providers to make things happen
- Keeping a close eye on vessels and staying in touch with shipping lines and consolidators
- Updating clients with clear, proactive communication (no chasing required!)
- Coordinating cartage for both LCL & FCL shipments
- Building strong connections with overseas partner offices, local shipping lines, airlines, and brokers

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2+ years’ hands-on experience in both import and export freight forwarding
- Someone who genuinely cares about customer service and goes the extra mile
- Calm under pressure with a knack for solving problems quickly
- Sharp eye for detail – accuracy is your middle name
- Confident communicator who can keep things clear and simple
