About the Opportunity
We are seeking a full-time Risk Analyst to join our Credit and Risk team. Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, the role of the Risk Analyst is an integral part of the Credit and Risk Division within our organisation.
The role will assist us to manage risk whilst implementing strategy for growth and sustainability and designing and maintaining the Risk Management Framework.
* Manage risk whilst implementing strategy for growth and sustainability.
* Provide oversight and advice on risk across our organisation, including the design and maintenance of the risk management framework.
* Act as a support to management and staff to build their understanding of Risk and how it applies to their roles.
This role will also involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that our risk management practices are aligned with industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Risk Management
Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. Risk Analysis
Analyse complex data sets to identify potential risks and develop recommendations for mitigation.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that risk management practices are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
4. Risk Framework Development
Design and maintain the Risk Management Framework to ensure that it is effective and up-to-date.
5. Communication
Communicate risk-related information to management and staff to build their understanding of risk and its impact on the organisation.
