Primary objective
Provide professional front office services including financial and administrative support to the Business Manager, the
Principal and teaching staff in a busy and demanding school environment.

Key duties and responsibilities
1. Provide administrative tasks and financial support as directed by the Business Manager.
2. Undertake a range of financial and administration tasks including processing of payroll, receipting of all monies income
to the school, and securing and banking all monies as required.
1. Effectively use school administration and operational systems including CI Anywhere, MYOB Retail Manager and
Student Administration and Management System (SAMS).
4. Deliver professional front office reception activities including answering calls, greeting visitors and providing financial
and enrolment information to parents.
1. Providing administrative support to front office, The Principal, leadership team, and teaching staff as necessary.
2. Provide first aid to students and staff as required.
Selection criteria
Essential
1. Ability to provide business support, determine priorities, organise workflow, meet deadlines and work with minimal
direction using initiative and judgement.
2. Demonstrated experience in processing payroll, management of cash, including receipting and banking monies.
3. Demonstrated ability to undertake a range of financial and administrative duties and to competently use associated
computer applications including finance software and database applications such as CI Anywhere, MYOB Retail Manager
and Student Administration Management System (SAMS).
1. Proven ability to work in an environment of change with the attributes of flexibility and adaptability in a comprehensive
school context.
1. Sound written and oral communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively with people
from diverse cultures and work well with a wide range of people with tact and discretion.
Desirable
1. Experience working within a school environment within a financial role, experience using Student Administration
Management System (SAMS), CI Anywhere and Retail Manager.
