Role: Early Childhood Teacher
Location: South-East Queensland Region, QLD – All centres are located within the South-East Queensland regional area in QLD
Salary Range: Early Childhood Teachers - ranging from $45.45 p/hr to $68.53 p/hr + Superannuation (Dependent on qualifications and experience)
Employment Type: Full-time Permanent

Responsibilities
* Inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices delivered with creativity and energy.
* Build meaningful relationships with families so each child has a strong sense of belonging that supports them to thrive.
* Mentor and guide educational practices in your room and collaborate with the centre leadership team to develop, review and implement high-quality early learning programs to achieve optimal outcomes for children.
What You'll Need
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
* Current Teachers Registration
* Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom and engage with educators, families and children to implement the educational program
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
* Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
* Seek and share best practice to improve the education program
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
