Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team in an administrative role. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and admissions process, conducting tours, and building meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a high level of organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the implementation of approved marketing events, assist with processing staff payroll, and handle accounts payable and receivable. You will also be required to perform reception duties and provide general administrative support as needed.
