Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Health Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality vocational education and training to students pursuing a career in health.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver vocational education and training programs in health-related subjects at Certificates II & III level.
* Assess student learning and progress, providing feedback and support to ensure the successful completion of courses.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to students, helping them to achieve their career goals.
* Work with industry to ensure our students successfully transition into their chosen employment.
Qualifications
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification.
* At least 3 years of experience in delivering vocational education and training in health-related subjects - Desirable
* Strong knowledge of industry standards and accreditation requirements - Desirable
